Job Summary

The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their medical complaint. The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty. Duties may include patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical treatment services to patients.
• Provide patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of quality care.

Practice Details

• Clinic: Saint Francis Clinic‑Sikeston (former Ferguson Medical Group).
• Team composition: 4 Primary Care APPs, 2 Primary Care Physicians, 4 Pediatricians, 1 Clinical Psychologist, 3 PMHNPs, and 5 LCSW.
• Patient volume: 17‑21 patients per day on average.
• EMR system: Epic.
• After‑hours calls: phone‑only, 1:8 call rotation; minimal call.

Work Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $350,000 plus productivity (RVU‑based model).

Qualifications

• Board Eligible with plan to complete certification within a reasonable timeframe, or already Board Certified.
