Volume: 2 visits per hour, with bonus opportunity for exceeding

About the Role

The Physician will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient management, while ensuring adherence to medical standards and practices.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients’ acute and chronic medical conditions
• Document patient encounters and coordinate care through the EMR
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
• Perform medical procedures within scope of practice
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise clinical staff as appropriate
• Comply with all regulatory, HIPAA, and organizational requirements
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and clinical governance activities
• Maintain licensure, board certification, and continuing medical education
• Provide emergency care as necessary
• Attend meetings, trainings, and occasional travel as required
• Perform other related duties in support of patient care and organizational goals

• DEA License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with staff and providers at other medical facilities.

Pay range and compensation package

$264,160 - $349,440 based on experience
