Peach Tree Healthcare in California seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary care, examine patients, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. You will order tests, develop treatment plans, provide patient education, and supervise clinical staff while maintaining licensure and compliance.

• Active, unrestricted CA FNP or PA license with DEA and BLS.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Assess and examine patients to determine health status and diagnose conditions.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively in the EMR.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
• Perform procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.

• Provide emergency care and perform related duties as required.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and occasional travel as needed.

About the Role

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted CA FNP or PA License, DEA and BLS
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with staff and providers at other medical facilities.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years previous experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
