Family Health Services (FHS) is seeking a clinic nursing supervisor to schedule and coordinate the nursing support staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and FHS policies. The role involves direct patient care and collaboration with other departments to maintain high-quality service.

State of Idaho licensed LPN or RN with at least two (2) years experience in a family practice setting and at least one (1) year of experience as a supervisor. There is a $500 referral bonus for this position after 6 months of employment. There is also a $500 sign-on bonus for the employee that will be paid out after 1040 hours are worked and 6 months of employment have been completed.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
$26.00 - $36.25 DOE
Employee's can receive up to $520 on the quarterly bonus.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior office/clinic work environment. Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
