Qualifications

• Current Arizona NP license with family practice focus.
• Full prescribing authority.
• Completion of accredited NP program.
• Board certification.
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care within scope.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and staff.
• Culturally sensitive care for diverse populations.
• Experience with electronic health records or Windows-based systems.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required or able to obtain.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• BL S certification or ability to obtain within 10 business days.
• Complete health screenings and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct evaluations, obtain histories, and perform physicals.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and episodic conditions.
• Assess responses to medications and adjust as needed.
• Prescribe medications and recommend treatments within scope.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prognoses.
• Educate patients and families about preventive care and plans.
• Respond to patient questions regarding medications and refills.
• Communicate with pharmacies, labs, and other providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond to EHR tasks and provider queues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case staffing.
• Collaborate with behavioral health teams for integrated care.
• Follow federal and Arizona regulations and quality standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical review processes.
