The Neighborhood Clinic in Tucson, AZ is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team, delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

Candidates must hold FNP certification and AZ APRN license; you will assess, diagnose, treat, order tests, and collaborate with physicians to ensure coordinated care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCC.
• Active Arizona RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
