Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from NLN-accredited institution; minimum 1 year in Family Practice.
• Ohio COA required.
• CTP required.
• DEA license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete physical assessments in the outpatient setting.
• Identify actual or potential medical problems and plan interventions with interdisciplinary staff.
• Interpret lab and diagnostic data to establish a care plan.
• Provide in‑office support under collaborative agreement with a physician.
• Document findings in the patient’s medical record; update care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team; communicate treatment plans/outcomes.
