Primary Care Opportunity Making Over $300,000 in Philadelphia, PA

COMPENSATION: $260,000 base salary with potential to earn over $300,000 in the first year, plus full benefits.

We are an innovative healthcare provider dedicated to enhancing patient lives through accessible, neighborhood clinics that foster a community-focused environment. Role Details:

• Compensation: Base $260,000 + up to 20% of base salary in bonuses
• Bonus Criteria: Patient satisfaction, adherence to company values, HEDIS compliance, reduction in hospital sick days
• Position: Outpatient Primary Care
• Start Date: May 2025
• Model: Value-Based Care
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 complex conditions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
• Patients per Day: 10-12
• Panel Size: Up to 650 patients
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Call Schedule: Rotational based on market size (e.g., 1:32 weeks for 32 physicians)
• Support: Dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support
