Family Medicine/Internal Medicine - Geriatric Medicine Opportunity in Greenville, NC - Academic Employment

TinkBird is actively seeking a board-certified Family Physician or Internal Medicine Physician, with additional qualifications in Geriatrics, to join their growing department. This opportunity is a fixed-term or tenure-track academic position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or higher. The mission of the Geriatrics Division is to care for our older population and prepare learners for the challenges of caring for older patients.

The Department of Family Medicine is one of 11 clinical departments and is a nationally recognized leader in Family Medicine education. Located in a 120,000 sq. ft. facility, the department offers comprehensive primary care services for all age groups, including geriatrics, sports medicine, obstetrical care, office-based procedures, nutrition services, counseling, and psychological support within an integrated care model.

This position is based at a 974-bed, level 1 trauma facility. Greenville, NC, with a population of 90,000, is located 80 miles east of Raleigh and 80 miles northwest of the Crystal Coast.
