Seeking a BE/BC physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Geriatrics to join a growing team providing inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities.

Position Details:
• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Flexible schedule (Mon Fri) set your own hours and tailor the role to fit your lifestyle and career goals
• Will not accept 2026 residents/fellows
