Primary Care Opportunity making over $300,000 in Birmingham, AL

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE, TOTAL POTENTIAL $312,000 + Full Benefits

We're a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving our patients' lives. We deliver best-in-class care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. The center offers Uber/Lyft transportation for those who don't drive and provides activities like exercise and art for seniors to promote better health at no cost.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base $260,000 + up to 20% of base salary in bonuses
2. Bonus based on: patient satisfaction, living the company's values, HEDIS compliance, reducing hospital sick days
3. Primary Care - Outpatient
4. Start date: May 2025, with a new center opening
5. Value-Based Care Model
6. Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
7. Average patients per day: 10-12
8. Panel size: Max of 650
9. Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
10. Call schedule: Based on provider count in the market (e.g., 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians)
11. Support: Each physician has a care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support

Requirements:

1. MD or DO

6. Proficiency in PC skills and office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care
