Primary Care Physician - Atlanta, GA

COMPENSATION: $290,000 + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We are a physician-led and mission-driven primary care organization, currently one of the most successful full-provider models, transforming care for the neediest populations. To achieve our vision and fulfill our mission, we seek the best primary care providers and clinical leaders who are seeking purpose and personal opportunity to join our team. Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base $265k + Bonus
2. Partnership: No buy-in, typically within 12-18 months; 65% achieve partnership after 1 year
3. Patient Load: 18 patients per day
4. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)
5. Work/Life Balance
6. Small Patient Panel: Max 450 patients
7. Administrative time included in schedule
8. No nights or weekends
9. 100% outpatient
10. Support Team: Dedicated MA, Scheduler, Referral Specialist
11. Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
12. Focus on Value-Based Care
