Primary Care Physician - Atlanta, GA

COMPENSATION: $290,000 + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base salary of $265k + bonus
2. Partnership: No buy-in; typically within 12-18 months. 65% have achieved partnership after 1 year.
3. Patient Load: Approximately 18 patients per day
4. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)
5. Work/Life Balance: Emphasized
6. Patient Panel: Up to 450 patients
7. Administrative Time: Included in schedule
8. No nights or weekends
9. Practice Type: 100% outpatient
10. Support Team: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist for each provider
11. Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
12. Care Model: Value-based care
