Neighborhood Health Center in Hillsboro, OR seeks a Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary medical care at our Tanasbourne Clinic. The role emphasizes prevention, patient-centered care, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The physician will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order tests, prescribe therapies, and participate in quality initiatives in a community health setting serving underserved populations.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree (MD/DO) required.
• Completion of Family Practice Residency with at least two years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience working with underserved populations in a community health center preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides patients with medical assessments and treatments pertaining to physical and mental health.
• Orders and interprets medical labs and diagnostic imaging for patients.
• Refers patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
• Prescribes pharmaceuticals and treatments for assessed medical conditions.
• Performs minor procedures as qualified.
• Maintains accurate documentation in patient records per coding standards.
• Contributes professional medical expertise to staff and clinicians.
• Provides oversight of support staff regarding patient management.
• Participates in team huddles and quality improvement workflows.
