Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an integrated, community-focused team at the Tanasbourne Medical & Dental Clinic. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes prevention, whole-person care, and strong patient relationships across diverse populations.

The physician will work within an FQHC environment, using Epic for documentation and participating in team huddles, quality improvement, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of a Family Practice Residency; 2+ years preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license; DEA license and BLS.
• Ability to complete Oregon credentialing documentation.
• Experience with diverse populations in community health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine focused on prevention and primary care.
• Care for a broad range of physical and mental health needs, including meds, diagnostics, and referrals.
• Potential to perform minor procedures within scope; outpatient prenatal/postpartum care possible.
• Collaborate with integrated care team and share knowledge with staff.
• Use Epic for documentation; participate in daily team huddles and quality improvement.
