Evergreen by Park Capital Search in the Quad Cities, IL, seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician to care for an established patient panel on-site. You will work with a Family Nurse Practitioner and a dedicated clinical team to deliver comprehensive primary care and lead the care team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine
• Active Illinois medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration and an Illinois controlled substance license, or eligibility to obtain them
• Established outpatient primary care experience and a long-term view of building a career in one practice
• Interest in taking over an existing patient panel
• Eligibility to work in the US and the ability to work on-site in the Quad Cities
• A relationship-first approach to patient care and a team-first style that fits a small office

Responsabilités

• Delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages across an established panel
• Building long-term relationships and continuity of care with patients and families
• Providing clinical leadership for the practice and its care team
• Overseeing weight loss and wellness care alongside family medicine
• Coordinating referrals through the practice's specialist network
• Documenting accurately and supporting clean coding and billing
• Partnering with the Nurse Practitioner and clinic staff to keep the practice running well
