Optimum Permanent Placement Services partners with a western Illinois hospital to recruit a Family Medicine physician for an outpatient team. This role offers a supportive staff, a manageable patient volume, and a competitive compensation package.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30a–4:30p or 8a–5p, with a 1:7 call rotation (about 4–5 days per month). Outpatient only, with a 16–18 patient daily census and option for minor in-office procedures; full benefits, retirement match, relocation assistance,

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified in Family Medicine.
