Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine
• Active Illinois medical license, or eligibility to obtain one

• Established outpatient primary care experience and a long-term view of building a career in one practice
• Interest in taking over an existing patient panel
• Eligibility to work in the US and the ability to work on-site in the Quad Cities
• A relationship-first approach to patient care and a team-first style that fits a small office

About the Role
