Job summary

Community Health Centers in Florida seeks an experienced physician to provide outpatient primary care. You will perform preventive care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver primary care consults in a patient-centered, team-based setting.

Requirements include MD/DO with Family Practice residency, Florida license, DEA, and BLS certification. 3–5 years of experience and willingness to work at multiple CHC locations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
• Residency training in the specialty field is required or preferred.
• Active Florida medical license required, plus DEA license and BLS certification.
• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Family Practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care including preventive and health maintenance services.
• Deliver care for acute and chronic conditions with clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Provide primary care consultation services to patients.
• Maintain accurate, thorough patient records and documentation.

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.

Experience:

• Three to five years of experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Active Florida license required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.

• Ability to quickly identify problems as well as their most effective treatments.

• Some knowledge of accreditation standards (AAAHC, HRSA) preferred.

• Bilingual preferred.
