Job summary

Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a physician to deliver outpatient primary care in a Florida-based setting. You will perform preventive, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment while contributing to a collaborative team.

Experience in family medicine is preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care. The position requires active Florida licensure, a valid DEA, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy with residency in the specialty field.
• Active Florida medical license is required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care including preventive and health maintenance services.
• Address acute and chronic conditions with clinical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide primary care consultation services within a team-based practice.

Job Summary

Qualifications

Education

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.

Experience

• Three to five years of experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure

• Active Florida license required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.

• Some knowledge of accreditation standards (AAAHC, HRSA) preferred.

• Bilingual preferred.
