• Pathway Specialist III: High school diploma or GED; must obtain a credential in social work or related field within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on comprehensive case management for families per Head Start Standards.
• Advises and assists individuals and families with various issues and challenges.
• Coordinates services and activities with families and communities to foster strength and well‑being.
