Qualifications

• Two years of social service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Head Start/Early Head Start enrollment and attendance procedures.
• Plan and conduct weekly home visits with enrolled families.
• Maintain documentation of services provided in program systems.
• Enter health and family service data in ChildPlus and report on schedule.
• Establish accurate records and report statistics as required.
