Nurtury is seeking a Family Partner to connect families with resources, support their engagement, and strengthen the family component of our Early Learning Centers.
You?ll serve as a primary point of contact for families, coordinate with community partners, and help families navigate early education, health, and social services.
What You?ll Do:
- Support families with enrollment, health, and early learning needs
- Track attendance, goals, and progress in our systems
- Provide one-on-one guidance and facilitate parent programs
- Connect families with community resources and referrals
- Collaborate with educators and represent Nurtury in the community
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

You:
- Hold an Associate?s Degree or higher in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting families from diverse or underserved communities
- Are knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resources
- Are culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information
- Are tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Are Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
- Are comfortable with local travel
