Job summary

Nurtury Early Education is seeking a Family Partner to connect families with resources, support their engagement, and strengthen the family component of our Early Learning Centers.

You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for families, coordinate with community partners, and help families navigate early education, health, and social services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting families from diverse or underserved communities.
• Knowledge of early childhood education, social services, and community resources.
• Cultural responsiveness and handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Bilingual Spanish-English strongly preferred and willingness to travel locally.

• Support families with enrollment, health, and early learning needs.
• Track attendance, goals, and progress in our systems.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and facilitate parent programs.
• Connect families with community resources and referrals.
• Collaborate with educators and represent Nurtury in the community.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

You:

• Hold an Associate?s Degree or higher in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting families from diverse or underserved communities
• Are knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resources
• Are culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information
• Are tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
• Are Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
• Are comfortable with local travel
