Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and advocacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide advocacy, encouragement, and practical support to families served by the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program.
• Co-respond with MCI Clinician to participate in mobile crisis intervention for youth and families.
• Offer follow-up crisis stabilization support and help families navigate behavioral health systems.
• Identify and connect families to appropriate resources and services.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with families to promote engagement and transition to ongoing services.
