Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Frisco, TX is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a six-provider outpatient practice focused on comprehensive care for adults and geriatrics.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm), an emphasis on preventive medicine, and collaboration with physicians and APPs using EPIC EMR; Texas license required and board certification/eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Must hold Texas medical license.
• Outpatient-only practice with no hospital call.
• Collaborative team-based care with physicians and APPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with a physician team and APPs.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM with 36 hours patient contact and 4 hours admin.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM; 36 hours patient contact, 4 hours Admin time

• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to decrease workload and allow more time to focus on patient care

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population

• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians & Advance Practice Providers

• EPIC EMR documentation system

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and Texas license required
