Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager for the Family Office Public Equity and Debt Portfolio in Naples, FL. The role leads allocation and investment in liquid public securities, bonds, ETFs, derivatives, and mutual funds, while monitoring performance and ensuring risk-adjusted returns.

You will mentor analysts, develop due diligence processes, and collaborate with tax professionals to optimize tax-efficient trading. A senior leadership presence is required to drive strategy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• CFA or CFP designation preferred.
• 10 years of Institutional or Ultra High Net Worth Public Investment experience with AUM of $100MM or more.
• Minimum of five years in a leadership role including employee management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of public investment portfolios including construction and optimization.
• Develop and direct execution of investment programs to achieve objectives.
• Review portfolios to determine asset allocation and strategies.
