Job summary

Mariner in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Associate, Family Office to manage day-to-day accounting activities and contribute to financial statements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and liquidity reports for family office clients.

You will work with client advisors and accountants to organize financial information, support tax preparation, and deliver reliable reporting across accounting, trust administration, and entity management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related professional services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable activities: review invoices, issue payments, maintain vendor records, reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain records of transactions.
• Support accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, credit card allocations, intercompany transactions.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual personal financial statements and provide reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with accountants for tax planning and tax return preparation.
