Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in family offices, real estate, or closely held businesses.
• Understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations; experience with real estate and construction accounting.
• Familiarity with Ramp, QuickBooks, or Intuit Enterprise Suite.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities; excellent communication and leadership skills; exceptional integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities and internal controls across the family office
• Manage the general ledger and full accounting cycle using Intuit Enterprise Suite
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle the accounts payable cycle, bill payments through Ramp, and vendor management
• Maintain real estate and construction project accounting records
• Administer corporate card expense management
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on compliance and filings
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
