Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Chicago is seeking a Family Office Analyst to support the Relationship Manager by serving as the primary contact for high-net-worth clients. You will manage day-to-day activities of the RM’s client base and help prepare client materials and participate in meetings.

You will work across relationship management, investment execution, risk management, and leadership tasks to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; wealth management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of industry experience; client service aptitude required.
• Familiarity with estate planning techniques, wealth projections, asset allocation and public/private investments for UHNW clients preferred.
• Progress towards CFA/CFP desired.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor collaborator with RM to deepen client relationships and coordinate services.
• Support relationship managers in client meetings and presentations with holdings, capital activity and performance data.
• Manage day-to-day client base activities and ensure BBH services are delivered.
• Assist with prospecting by organizing marketing events and developing networks.
• Oversee client account maintenance and respond to client data requests.
