A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a primarily on-site role in Quincy, MA. The position covers primary care and urgent care with a focus on patient assessment, diagnoses, treatment, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting.

The role includes flexible weekend/holiday rotation, potential travel, and a contract assignment with possibility of permanent hire depending on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Active NP license in the state of employment (in good standing).
• National Board Certification (FNP).
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care/family medicine/urgent care.

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care)

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment.

Details and Compensation

Location: Quincy, MA 02169 – 100% on-site / patient-facing

Payrate: $74.87/hr

Required Availability: Monday–Friday availability between 8:30 AM–7:30 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Sunday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM

Weekend/holiday rotation (typically 3 out of every 6 weekends, plus possible holidays)

On-call rotation may be required

Occasional travel/float coverage may be needed

Weekly hours may vary between full-time/part-time

Summary and Highlights

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides evidence-based primary and family care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting. This role manages patient visits and follow-ups, completes diagnostic testing as needed, and supports clinic operations to help deliver high-quality outcomes for a patient panel. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Licensure/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (in good standing) National Board Certification (FNP program) BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Experience: 1+ year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR)
