Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the healthcare team providing quality care to patients.
• Maintain good working relationships with collaborating physicians and team members.
• Coordinate patient services and institute referrals for comprehensive care.
• Incorporate preventive health care provisions to improve health status.
• Provide information to enable patients to make informed healthcare decisions.
• Advise and counsel patients about developmental stages and problem areas.
• Assess and intervene in behavioral problems of individuals and families.
• Collect identifying information through medical history and physical examinations.
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health measures.
