Qualifications
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Current Ohio Advanced Practice Nurse license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the care team delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Coordinate patient services and institute referrals to ensure continuous care.
- Advise patients on preventive care and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
