A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner for full-time, on-site work in Gainesville, FL. The role focuses on evidence-based primary and family care, patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting.

Expect patient visits, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing as needed. The position involves a 90-day onboarding period with a weekend rotation and occasional on-call duties; travel/float coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the hiring state.
• National Board Certification (FNP).
• BLS certification.
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order and coordinate diagnostic tests; collaborate with other clinicians.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Handle clinic operational duties: opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification and payments.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure consistent care delivery across locations.
