A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC in Annapolis, MD seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) for an on-site role. You will deliver evidence-based primary and family care, perform assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting, managing patient visits and follow-ups for a defined panel.

This contract assignment offers potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance, with variable weekend rotation and on-call considerations.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (in good standing).
• National Board Certification (FNP).
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• 1+ year of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care.
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment).
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to ensure consistent care delivery across coverage locations.
