A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) for a 100% on-site role in Georgetown, TX. Compensation is $74.87/hr with a weekend rotation and potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

The role provides evidence-based primary and family care, patient assessment, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting. Benefits begin after 90 days for full-time staff, including insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Formación

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (in good standing).
• National Board Certification (FNP program).
• 1+ year of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR).

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment)
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team and support consistent care delivery across assigned coverage locations
