Job summary

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in Quincy, MA. Position is 3-4 days per week with a mandatory weekend rotation. Hours vary within business hours, and full-time benefits apply for eligible staff.

Compensation ranges from $75.00 to $78.00 per hour. Responsibilities include providing primary care to patients aged 18 months and up, conducting assessments, diagnosing, prescribing, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• FNP license with 1+ year experience in primary or urgent care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and exams.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health.
• Document encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure continuity of care.
