A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in Missouri. Compensation is $78.00 per hour.

Coverage requires 3-4 days per week and every other weekend; standard hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:30pm, Sat 9am-5:30pm, Sun 9am-4:30pm, with full-time benefits including a 401(k) plan with company match. The role entails comprehensive primary care for patients 18 months and older, preventive services, chronic disease management, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine or hospital settings.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic issues, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, screenings and routine exams.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Educate patients on disease management, medications and prevention.
• Document patient encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for continuity of care and referrals.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Conduct women's health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals
