Qualifications

• Licensed NP in California with current board certification and valid license.
• Ability to change treatment regimens after assessing signs and symptoms, reactions to treatment, and patient condition.
• Experience coordinating care for surgical patients and documenting care plans.

Responsibilities

• Change treatment regimens after observing illness signs and symptoms, reactions to treatment, and patient condition.
• Provide and coordinate care for General Surgery patients; educate patients and families; promote safe continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and clinical rounds; provide education and make appropriate referrals; document services rendered.
