Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• MSN from an accredited NP program and AZ state license.
• Current DEA number.
• Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to clinic patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with best medical practices and clinic policies.
• Offer preventative care services focused on health risk factor reduction and health promotion.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Follow all licensing, training, privileging, and credentialing requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Stay current with medical guidelines, protocols, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
