Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active Arizona NP and RN licenses.
- Current DEA certification.
- CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross).
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Commitment to community health and underserved populations.
- Valid AZ Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive care and health promotion.
- Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Educate patients and deliver community-focused care.
- Coordinate and refer as needed.
