Job summary

Dima Care Inc is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic on a full-time basis. You will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages, manage chronic diseases, and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has an NP/FNP degree, active license, national board certification, and BLS, with at least one year of relevant experience. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited NP program.
• Current, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least one year of experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or internal medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, annual physicals, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries in an urgent care setting.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other studies.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform common in-office procedures within the scope of practice.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least one year of experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or internal medicine is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time 40 hours per week.
• Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Additional shifts are available based on practice needs and provider availability.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends is preferred.
