Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Active or eligible Connecticut APRN license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
