Marathon Health in Virginia seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver relationship-based primary care. You will provide wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education to patients, with access to UpToDate and RubiconMD.

You will work autonomously in a patient-centric environment, with regular provider meetings and a 28-hour work week. The offer includes a pay range of $84,000–$112,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Federal DEA number required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management and urgent visit, preferred.

Mansioni

• Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license.
• Provide wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education.
• Work autonomously with resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD for patient care.
• Participate in regular provider meetings (e.g., journal clubs, grand rounds) for ongoing learning and collaboration.
