Marathon Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to practice relationship-based medicine at the top of their license. You will provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education with access to UpToDate and RubiconMD.

Work autonomously in a patient‑first, supportive environment that values ingenuity, courage, community and fun. Ideal candidates hold an active license with ANCC/AANP board certification, DEA number preferred, CPR/BLS, and experience in independent family practice

Qualifications

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred.
• Full Practice Authority is strongly preferred where applicable per State guidelines.
