Marathon Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia to deliver relationship-based, preventive and chronic care across onsite, nearsite and virtual clinics. You will engage patients in wellness, education and acute visits while using comprehensive clinical resources to support care.

The role emphasizes autonomy with support from a collaborative team, plus a compensation package including CME, license coverage, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in good standing.
• ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• DEA number preferred; may be required in some states.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start.
• Independent family practice with wellness, chronic care and urgent visits preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prevention, chronic disease management and wellness education.
• Practice relationship-based medicine with autonomy and high patient trust.
• Utilize clinical resources (UpToDate, RubiconMD) to support patient care.
• Attend regular provider meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
