Qualifications

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain.
• Two years of primary care experience, or one year urgent care plus one year primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care for pediatric through geriatric patients.
• Mix of wellness visits, preventive care and same-day sick visits.
• Maintain high-quality patient relationships and focus on positive patient outcomes.
