Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in APRN from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered AZ APRN licensure with NP board certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current BLS and, if relevant, ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Delivers healthcare in a professional manner meeting NCQA/OSHA/CLIA/TJC standards.
• Evaluates patients with examinations and preventive care.
• Prescribes medications and maintains medical records.
• Ensures HIPAA compliant documentation and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
