El Rio Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient team across 15 Tucson locations. You will provide comprehensive family‑centered care, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and collaborate with a broad care team to promote health and prevent disease.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an APRN program.
• Active APRN licensure in Arizona and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• One year of experience in acute, outpatient, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written and spoken preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of family‑focused healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Deliver care in alignment with NCQA, OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EHR and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Attend to emergencies and coordinate with the healthcare team for seamless care.
