Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing Program.
• Active and unencumbered APRN licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Active board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a specialty area, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers healthcare in a professional manner, meeting NCQA/OSHA/CLIA/TJC criteria and internal standards.
• Evaluates patients, performs examinations, and proposes treatment options with appropriate documentation.
• Prescribes medications and maintains medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
