Low T Center is seeking a confident, energetic Mid-Level Provider for PRN coverage at our Little Rock and Hot Springs clinics. You will work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized hormone replacement and wellness services while building lasting patient relationships.

The role emphasizes communication, trust, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
• Current DEA license required
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
• Ability to clearly explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans
• Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations
• Willingness and ability to travel between Little Rock and Hot Springs locations
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training
• Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, three Saturdays in five-Saturday months

Position Summary

Qualifications

Paid Training

We provide two full weeks of paid training at $65/hour.

Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel confident and successful in your new role.

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Lunch: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM

PRN Compensation & Benefits

• $65/hour for weekday shifts
• $65/hour for all required training
• $400 for each Saturday shift worked
